Workover & Completion Fluids
Calcium Bromide Powder
Calcium Bromide Powder is a ready-to-use, single-salt solid to form clear brine workover and completion fluids that require densities from 1007 to 1833 kg/m3 (8.4 to 15.3 lb/gal).

Calcium Bromide Brine
Calcium Bromide Brine is a ready-to-use, single-salt solution to form clear brine workover and completion fluids that require densities from 1007 to 1702 kg/m3 (8.4 to 14.2 lb/gal).

Calcium Chloride Powder/Prills/Granule
Calcium Chloride can be used to achieve rapid density increase with minimum volume addition. It also provides inhibition preventing the hydration and migration of swelling clays and can be used in packer fluids. Calcium Chloride is available in anhydrous (CaCl2) and dihydrate (CaCl2.2H2O) in forms of prills, powder, granule or flakes.

Calcium Chloride Brine
Calcium Chloride Brine is used in completion, workover, and gravel packing, perforating and packer fluids, of densities in the range of 11.67 lb /gal (1398 kg /m3). Calcium Chloride is also widely used as the internal phase in non-aqueous fluids.

Potassium Formate Powder
Potassium Formate Powder is a non-toxic, non-corrosive, high-purity, dry crystalline organic salt that is easily soluble in water to formulate brines. Potassium Formate is used to make high density and solids-free formate brines in the operations of water-based drilling, completion, workover and fracturing, which require densities ranging from 1004 – 1573 kg/m3 (8.4 to 13.1 lb/gal).
Technical Data Sheet – English
Potassium Formate Liquor
Potassium Formate Liquor is used to formulate high density and solids-free fluids in the operations of water-based drilling, completion, workover and fracturing, ranging in densities from 1007 to 1570 kg/m3 (8.4 to 13.1 lb/gal). They eliminate the problems associated with precipitate formation that can occur when using calcium-base fluids in wells with high carbonate, bicarbonate or sulfate concentrations.

Sodium Bromide Powder
Sodium Bromide Powder is used to form clear-brine workover and completion fluids for densities ranging from 1007 to 1498 kg/m3 (8.4 to 12.5 lb/gal). These fluids are used where formation waters contain high concentrations of bicarbonate and sulfate ions.

Sodium Formate Powder
Sodium Formate is a high-purity, dry crystalline organic salt used to formulate brine used in drilling, workover and completion operations which require densities ranging from 8.4 – 11.0 lb/gal (1004 – 1320 kg/m3).

Zinc Bromide Powder
Zinc Bromide is used to formulate workover and completion fluids either by itself or with sodium chloride or calcium bromide, as well as operational fluids for offshore oil wells, such as well finishing liquid, well repair liquid, stationary liquid etc. It is intended for use where the cost of transporting Zinc Bromide Brine makes its use uneconomical.
Technical Data Sheet – English
Zinc Bromide Brine
Zinc Bromide Brine is used as a completion and workover fluid either by itself or with sodium chloride or with calcium bromide, and as operational fluids for offshore oil wells, such as well finishing liquid, well repair liquid, stationary liquid etc.

Zinc-Calcium Bromide Brine
Zinc-Calcium Bromide (ZnBr2-CaCr2) Brine is often referred to as 54.5% Zinc Bromide and 19.5% Calcium Bromide. It is used for clear-brine workover, completion and packer fluids that require high density range of up to 2301 kg/m3 (19.2 lb/gal). Being a high-density fluid, it can also be mixed with low-density brines to achieve specific density and crystallization point applications.
