CALADA05
A high-performance blend of non-ionic surfactants designed for exceptional resistance to high temperatures and acidic environments. It enhances flowback performance across perforating, fracturing, acidizing and workover fluids, minimizing water blockage and retention to help maintain reservoir integrity. Even at very low doses, CALADA05 effectively lowers surface and interfacial tension, improves fluid mobility, reduces capillary forces and optimizes formation wettability. These combined effects promote efficient and uniform fluid recovery, reducing reservoir damage and enhancing overall production efficiency.
Corrosion Inhibitors
Protect tubing and downhole equipment from acid-induced corrosion during treatment.
SOL IB21
A corrosion inhibitor tailored for highly acidic environments. It forms a protective film between acidic corrosive agents and metals through the oriented adsorption of the inhibitor molecules on metal surfaces. This barrier helps suppress electrode reactions between acids and metals, thus preventing metal corrosion and maintaining the integrity of well equipment.
Plugging Agents
Temporarily block zones to divert acid flow to targeted sections of the reservoir.
TPASOL 18
A new type of water-soluble temporary plugging agent used in diverting fracturing. Its adjustable pressure, time and strength allows it to be tailored to control fluid flow in various porous formations. It has strong initial pressure deformation capacity (3 mm fracture width, bearing pressure above 50 MPa/m), good ductility, high tensile strength, good temperature, salt and shear resistance. TPASOL 18 can adhere strongly to the crack wall surface, is resistant to erosion, can be easily dissolved to form a simple liquid distribution and easily deployable to increase oilfield production.
Stabilizers
Maintain acid strength and prevent precipitation or unwanted reactions during acidizing.
SOL FS22
A stabilizer used in preventing the precipitation of Fe 3+ during oil and gas well acidification. Its ferric ion stabilizing effect is achieved through three aspects: complexation, reduction and dispersion.
