Designed to dissolve and prevent wax, colloid and asphaltene deposits in production wells and oil pipelines. Acting as an effective wax crystal modifier, it enhances the flow of paraffinic crude oils and significantly delays wax formation. By reducing flow resistance, mechanical load and pump strain, it promotes stable oil well production, extends equipment service intervals and improves overall operational efficiency as well as economic performance.

Application

• Oil well wax removal: o Add 100 – 150 mg/L into the casing annulus, dose adjusted according to well production o Stop pumping and venting, inject wax remover into the tubing and soak for 2 – 6 hours before restarting o Injection from the casing head or venting point effectively dissolves wax near the borehole and within the tubing
  
• Pipeline wax removal: o Inject approximately 100 mg/L at the gathering pump inlet, dose adjusted according to wax volume and pipeline length o Use a plunger pump or cement truck to introduce the wax remover, soak for 2 – 8 hours before flushing through o For high-wax-content wells, use a wax-prevention cylinder or block between
