WETAG 11

A wetting agent used to oil-wet drill bits in non-aqueous drilling fluid systems. It helps improve the oil affinity performance of aggravating materials, the cutting performance of drill bits as well as the stability of the drilling fluid emulsion. Compared to conventional aromatic derivatives, WETAG 11 has better environmental performance, making it the preferred solution for the construction of synthetic-based mud systems.

Application

• Environmentally acceptable wetting agent for both oil-based and synthetic-based mud
  
• Can be used at temperatures below 150°C under continuous operation to ensure underground safety
  
• Compatible with different additives
  
• Dosing application: o Recommended 1% – 1.5%. Actual dosage to be adjusted based on the working conditions and actual situation of the system o Add product slowly to the mix between pump and line to facilitate dispersion
