EP LUB

A highly effective lubricant for various drilling fluid systems. It can effectively reduce the friction coefficient of the drilling tool and the torque force of the plate. It can also prevent the drilling fluid from sticking. EP LUB is stable, convenient, eco-friendly and harmless to human body.

Application

• Especially used in horizontal wells and highly deviated wells
  
• Reduces the flow resistance of the drilling fluid and the friction coefficient of filter cake, reduces TOB and increases HHP to prevent sticking
  
• Completely water-dispersible, making them good for reducing friction coefficient and torque in a variety of water-based drilling fluid systems (i.e. freshwater, seawater and saltwater systems)
  
• Effectively overcomes the insufficient lubricity of ordinary lubricants – under high load conditions, it has better extreme pressure and anti-wear effect, which can form a stronger extreme pressure lubricating film on the surface of metal drilling tools to protect the drilling tool, extend the life of the drill bit, reduce the torque of the drill rods, increase the drilling speed and reduce the possibility of differential sticking
