FILREO 12

An environmentally friendly fluid loss agent that is widely used in various types of oil-based drilling fluid systems. It has superior resistance to high temperatures and efficiency in filtrate loss reduction. FILREO 12 is gaining foothold over conventional asphalt-based filtrate reducers due to the latter’s tendency to pollute the environment.

Application

• Used in complex drilling formations – deep wells, ultra-deep wells, high-angle wells, multi-branch wells and horizontal wells
  
• Improves mud cake quality by reducing filtrate loss, allowing the formation of thin and compact mud cakes on the surface of the borehole wall
  
• Helps maintain wellbore stability, improve drilling fluid performance, prevent excessive liquid from entering the formation,
