Cementing
Cementing additives enhance the placement, bonding and strength development of cement slurries to ensure effective zonal isolation and well integrity throughout the well’s life cycle.
Defoamers
Suppress foam during slurry mixing and placement to ensure consistent density and ease of pumping.
SOL DEF05
An efficient powder defoamer in eliminating foam in water-bearing systems. Conventional emulsion-based defoamers are susceptible to emulsion breaking under high shear, leading to the coagulation of the active component, nullifying its defoaming capabilities. This is particularly so in strongly acidic or alkaline systems. Being a powder, SOL DEF05 circumvents the above pitfalls of its emulsion counterparts. It can be easily dispensed in a carrier, allowing fast defoaming speed and long-lasting foam suppression.
Early Strength Agents
Accelerate cement set time and improve early compressive strength to support faster operational turnaround.
SOL SA10
Used to improve the early strength of concrete, particularly during winter or during emergency repair situations. It does so by accelerating the hydration rate of cement. It does not contain chloride ions and has no corrosion effect on metals. It has no significant effect on the later strength of concrete.
